RecommendedReliable, friendly, professional, knowledgable. Customer service is top notch. Scheduled a regular septic tank drain with Duncan and forgot to ask a question about location of the drywell in our yard. Called the company back with my question. Duncan came out the following week, figured out the answer, and didn't charge me for the extra trip out. Highly recommend.
