Very professional friendly and polite staff, efficient service. Taking care in the home, leaving rooms serviced as tidy as found. Rowan and Dylan repaired and cleaned the gas burners but also assisted me to spontaneously clean behind the stove which I wd have been unable to move; additionally the boys made unscheduled time to check a leaking bathroom tap and repaired it. Super responsive, friendly and professional. After the recent storms, Duncan's were able to attend on the same afternoon I called and resolved my problem in one visit. We have been using Duncan's services for many years, and we've always found they provide a consistently good service and are very reasonably priced.
