DO NOT HIRE this company! I called them back in July to fix a toilet leak. The plumber who came said it was the connections and the gasket was too small & replaced it. This was Wednesday. I had them back out on Friday for the same problem & was informed my tank was sweating. I may be a woman, but I'm not stupid. I had another plumber come out on Monday and they told me there was a really old gasket that had been used. I filed a complaint with the BBB and was told I'd get a refund. They did not complete their work effectively. They use cheap methods. They are lazy and rude. Overpriced!! And since I used them through a home warranty company they refuse to give me documentation of the work they completed. I have reason to believe this is because they charged the company for work they didn't even do. Their only intent is to rip people off!!!!!!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Do not use this company!! I had water in my crawl space and they told me it was because my sump pump wasnt working and I just had to hit it when it rained. They came out here 5 different times and told me the same thing. It finally took my father in law to point out to them that the pipes were leaking and that is what was causing the water. THEN after they "replaced" all the plumbing there was still water, and it took a different contractor to point out that the pipes were STILL leaking. They have no idea... read more

Don't use this dishonest company. They overcharge and under work, and dont complete the job. Replacing a faucet cost me 200 dollars and now I need to call another plumber to finish Duncans incomplete fix. Thanks for nothing!!!
