Florist does not deliver as described in catalog. I went back to florist and they did nothing to help with my complaint. It was for my mom's funeral and the flower arrangement was only two thirds the size they told me it was going to be and three of the flowers were broken. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST.
This flower shop does not deliver what you ordered. They give you something much less as described in catalog.
Duncans has the best flowers I have seen in coeur d alene and the nicest staff. Would highly recommend to eveyone to check them out...
