It's a horror to be without air conditioning during a heat wave! This crew is a blessing. My phone was promptly handled, I was given a prompt appointment, and my unit was soon blowing cold air again. In order to prevent me from getting into the same situation again, the technician even gave me a briefing on how to better maintain it. I am really grateful to them.
