I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service they provided me. The team was very professional as well as knowledgeable. They cut down three very large and tall white oak trees from my back yard. It was awesome just watching them at work. After the trees were down they did a great job cleaning up the debris as well. Thank you Duncan Tree Service. 👌🏾
Roosevelt & team exceeded all expectations. Duncan Tree Service is professional, prompt, and knowledgeable; they got the trees down in safety, really went out of their way to clean up the area afterwards and left the site in better shape than they found it. Great customer service! The work that was done was in a timely manner and no debris was left behind. I will be calling them back and referring them to others!
I called Mr Duncan on a Friday he came out the next day which was Saturday to give me an estimate. The work was scheduled the following Saturday. He and his crew did everything I asked for and a little more than I expected. I have a bigger job in the making and I definitely will use his services. He never asked for any money upfront. He stated pay when the job is completed. I had a bad experience with another tree service who wanted money upfront. That was a disaster.
