I had an emergency for a customer on a snowy and cold Saturday. Bob and the team in Mishawaka responded promptly and had the parts I needed. All done with a great attitude. Keep up the great work!!
Great guys, Bob and Dale helped us out with some material for an RTU install that we weren't sure what we needed. They looked up the specs according to what was called out in an ambiguous detail on the drawing, and found what we needed for us. Even though the order was small, they treated us like very valued customers. If you're not getting your material from Duncan, you should consider switching! Thanks again guys!
This place is great, staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. You can also get really good paper towels here.
