I want to thank the TRUE PROFESSIONALISM of the entire staff at the Out Patient Surgery Department of the Duncan Regional Hospital. I was a bit apprehensive about my surgery until I met the entire staff in that department. They were not only professional, but they were so supportive and easy going that they quickly put my mind at ease, and made my procedure very smooth and effortless. I will always remember a group of true professionals who do their jobs with pride and compassion. Thanks Again.
My child needed blood work. The individual who checked him in was very kind, the individual who registered him was very kind, she then took us to the room where they do the blood work... there were two nurses in there. They wither hated their job, are overworked or were just plain rude. They didn't speak 1 word to my son, the nurse who drew his blood asked him which arm, then stuck him with the needle.
