I was in the ER with a bleeding head wound for over 9 hours. I'm truly grateful I did not have a brain bleed because I would have died in the waiting area. When I finally saw a PA and a tech, they were very nice and I appreciated their skill of providing care - this was 8+ hours into this ER visit. I'm sorry but that was insane to have to wait with a head wound 8+ hours. No excuses.

My kardia said I was having a heart event so I drove to duncanER ,not calling amalance is another horror story ,long story short after 2hrs one nitro an a baby aspirin I left, I've had 5hrart attacks Duncan ER FAILED BECAUSE I HAD NUMBER 6 AND YALL DID NOTHING!!!!!!

I took my daughter in because she was was extremely sick. I’m talking a kid that never stops and has all the energy in the world to a kid that has slept for the last 48 hours. We were brought back fast, but that’s it. We sat there for 30 minutes she was swabbed for a few viruses. Then even after telling the nurse/doctor/or whatever he was she was dizzy they rushed us out of the room and had us sit in the waiting room. No one cared or took the time to actually check her out.
