They keep asking for this review though they should know how it goes. I went to the ER with a cough that wouldn't stop. They pretty much asked me what I thought that they could do for me. My hear rate kept spiking when I had a coughing fit. Absolutely no one came to check on me when my heartbeat went into the tachycardia range. I was terrified as the alarms kept going off that something was wrong with my heart but no one came to check on me. No idea why it's rated 3.3 stars literally no idea why, this is probably the best ER iv been to even in Oklahoma they have ALWAYS been so friendly and nice when I come in and ALWAYS helped me on top of that when my elderly father in-law who recently moved and has a heart condition he ran out of medication when no one else would see him not a doctor not any of the urgent cares in Duncan would help him get medicine or treatment the emergency room sure did! Everything about my experience was wonderful if you live in Lawton I sincerely suggest you make the small little drive and avoid Lawton hospital at all costs
My nurse Tascha was very professional and friendly. She helped me during my crohns flare and was very thorough and professional! Thank you guys for the pain management and and help with the nausea. Bless yall!!!
I was in the ER with a bleeding head wound for over 9 hours. I'm truly grateful I did not have a brain bleed because I would have died in the waiting area. When I finally saw a PA and a tech, they were very nice and I appreciated their skill of providing care - this was 8+ hours into this ER visit. I'm sorry but that was insane to have to wait with a head wound 8+ hours. No excuses.
