The absolute worst excuse for a power provider in the state of Oklahoma. DP&L is the convergence of the worst reliability, highest and unethical billing, and terrible excuse for customer service I've ever seen. Terrible would be an understatement.
The first month I lived in Duncan, they tried to charge me $277.38, and after a series of appeals, I paid $70 and some change, that's with a $40 initiation fee. Then after that, they overcharged me every month, and I kept on appealing, even with the city attorney ruling for me... They were forced to give me credit for the overcharge. This company is a joke, price gauging, random outages alllllll the time. FIX THE ISSUES!!!!!!!!! Oh an do not try an call them cause the office is full of lazy ignorant people that do not care about you or the issues that come with them.
