Called these folks to assess a potential leak, fix two drains that were slow draining, and diagnose a low water pressure issue in our master bathroom sinks. We were told the leak was a roof issue and to call a roofer (might've been nice to see a picture or description of what was up there but that's alright, they're not roofers so I could understand that). I called them to put a hose bib on my house. I didn't have time for it and I expected around $350, $50 bucks in parts, plus an hour or 2 of labor. Quoted me almost $1,000. I paid $89 for the call out fee and and said no thank you. I spent $80 on a parts cut the drywall myself to fit a in plastic piece, and the bib treaded on easy as pie. Took me 1 hour and change to do with the hardware shop and cleanup . That's $900 for 1 hour work plus the call out fee.
