Took the time to ensure everything was double checked and examined before diagnosing the issue that had been plaguing us for months! Would recommend to any friends or family that need plumbing
It is wired that he picks up my calls and immediately hung his phone when I was trying ask service from him. It happened not once, multiple times within 10 minutes period. Looks like he is running his business for namesake. never ever try to call and waste your time.

Called Duncan plumbing because I had a leak in a pipe in my basement. They sent someone out and within one minute that guy told me it was the water meter in the city would have to come out and fix it. They couldn’t do anything. That was it. Literally that’s all that was done and they charged me $135. For nothing. Great business model. UPDATE: called the city and they said I need a plumber! The city does not do replace irrigation meters. Duncan plumbing is more clueless than I thought! Thanks for nothing.
