Our courier had a very important package that had to be delivered in a timely manner. Everything arrived intact, Safe and on schedule. Our particular courier was excellent with communication as well As extremely courteous and helpful!
The staff here are amazing! Liz did an outstanding job, making sure that I had all the details necessary for the equipment we were renting. Everything was perfectly configured and shipped to us in quick fashion. I would highly recommend equipment rental from Duncan and Parnell!
Great people, outstanding service! Brad was able to rush a repair on our total station within our limited window of opportunity. Liz is always on point when it comes to restocking our truck and has our supplies waiting for us every time. Their facility is neat, very well organized, and stocked with everyday essentials.
