The staff here are amazing! Liz did an outstanding job, making sure that I had all the details necessary for the equipment we were renting. Everything was perfectly configured and shipped to us in quick fashion. I would highly recommend equipment rental from Duncan and Parnell!
Great people, outstanding service! Brad was able to rush a repair on our total station within our limited window of opportunity. Liz is always on point when it comes to restocking our truck and has our supplies waiting for us every time. Their facility is neat, very well organized, and stocked with everyday essentials. This place does an amazing job and had friendly people who do their deliveries. The drivers keep in contact with you and deliver on time they say.
Our PEG Tube training session with Olivia Pechatsko was very good. She was very patient and answered all of our questions. She was polite, professional, and encouraging.
