Very attentive and fast acting maintenance staff. I submitted a maintenance request and within the hour, Austin, maintenance crew member, stopped by and made the repair!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. The location was perfect, the amenities were excellent, and Nathanael who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and made my stay even better. Highly recommend it!
I live at Duncan Park on the second floor, and unfortunately my experience has been very uncomfortable. The people living above me make excessive noise throughout the day and night—constant moving of furniture, loud banging on the floors, and screaming/talking at very high volumes. I have contacted the leasing office three separate times to report the issue, but nothing has been done to resolve it. It’s very disappointing to be paying such high rent and not feel comfortable or at peace in my own apartment.
