Incompetent & 'group therapy' is NOT 'confidential' ! and if you decide not to attend, they tattle on you to your gp - even when you refer yourself.
Have yet to receive a phone call after being put on a waitlist last June to see a counsellor and my life has fallen apart since. I need help and these people don’t seem to care to
I’ve been here twice now. I each time has been more ridiculous than the last time. I fill out the paper they gave me and answer their questions. It takes me 10 minutes to do this which to me being a person who has a disability it’s frustrating because I want to fill it out faster. I wait for somebody to come out after giving the papers back to the front desk a person comes and gets me and we walk into a room and talk for about 30 min straight.
