What an absolute terrible company to deal with. When my father-in-law passed away, we sent back his oxygen machine to Duncan via FedEx freight. Duncan refuses to pay the bill, and now it is affecting my wife's credit, yet it says right on the bill collect. Will not recommend this company to anybody. It is strange how they accepted the package with their equipment yet will not pay the bill for freight. Shame on you
