My car was brought here for repairs. Was told I needed a new battery even though battery was good. Then told still wouldn’t start and needed new cables. Then still wouldn’t start and needed the tcm replaced. Got car back and less then 20 hours later it wouldn’t start. Called and informed Duncan Ford and they said they would tow it to them but refused to tell me ahead of time how much the tow would cost. They denied me entrance to shuttle service even though I have an Elsa certificate for my bird. Kind of insane a hypoallergenic 150 gram bird can’t sit on my shoulder in the back seat to go 2 miles.
