We retained Duncan for our son who suffers from a traumatic brain injury. If we could give him 10 stars we would. Duncan was so extremely respectful of our son and made him feel very comfortable with the entire process. He was facing 91 days in jail, his jail time was waived, probation terminated and fines pulled from collections. Duncan literally gave our son his freedom and his life back. Duncan was by far the best attorney Ive had and Ive dealt with a LOT of attorneys. I no longer have the stress of my warrants or jail time. I would 150% reccomend Duncan to anyone facing serious criminal charges.

If possible, I will not even give him one star. Reason being, my son filed a restraining order against me. My son lives in Seattle and I live in California. I hired Mr. Lewis to defend me. The result is: I got a two-year restraining order which doubles the the default which is one year. If you want to find someone you can hate for the rest of your life ... hire Mr. Lewis.
