Sadly, a real disappointment. She did not listen to my son regarding his daughter who is now, thanks to Gina, 3000 miles away. He told her that he needed to prevent this but she apparently was not listening or did not care. I have essentially lost my only granddaughter thanks to her inability to listen or care about his situation. She would send him paperwork late in the day and expect him to read through it and get back to her in a short time period. I worked with Elle and she was great. She got an infraction dismissed for me. Her communication was spot on and she made the entire process very easy.

The first time I called was told I would get a call back after reviewing my legal plan. Two days later no call back. I called them back and actually spoke to the attorney explained my case. She asked I email some documents. I did as she asked and she responded that she got them and that she would call me back by the end of the following day. This was almost a week ago. No call, no email no response. Just ghosting. Even if they didn't want to take my case it is extremely unprofessional not to return communications.
