I would not use this lawyer at all. He was very rude to me on the phone. Interrupted me on several occasions, quick to point out he could not help me and refused to talk to me. hung up on me when I asked if he could refer me to someone else. Not worth my time.
From the time I made the first phone call to them, to the countless phone calls after that to the very end, constant emailing and mailing forms back-and-forth I’ve never dealt with more officiant people ever in that industry and in most industries.
