We bought a new Kona from The Victoria Hyundai because these guys were charging a way higher price and they refused to budge. With our new Hyundai we had coverage that allow us to get fixed anywhere. Since we didn't get it with them, they were really clear that they wouldn't do us any favors. They have been absolutely reckless with their customer service.
