I looked at other builders when I was thinking about building my 2nd home in Carrabelle. By far Duncan Home Construction was the right decision for me. After many years of planning and talking with many with regard to building our retirement dream home in 2019, we went with DHC as our contractor. There are many things we loved about the experience and the outcome and many other things, not even satisfactory which makes the additional $18k +/- out of pocket expenses really hard to feel good about. This company is the best! I am a realtor and I have worked with a lot of builders over the past 20+ years. David Duncan and his crew are by far the best. Their attention to detail, communication skills and craftsmanship are impeccable! I would highly recommend him as a builder.
