When we first approached Duncan, we had been on the market with another agent for 10 months, with no offer during that time. Duncan and his team were great and put in a lot of work. Within 4 months we had negotiated a sale price, and the farm was sold.
This is the first time we’ve rented our home. Duncan Hill Property and their team were incredibly efficient and thorough. They made the whole process so easy and on our first open house they secured a tenant and for the rent we wanted. The whole process was so quick, but we were always informed promptly about how everything was progressing until the bond, lease and move in date was arranged. Can’t recommend them enough!.
