What can I say. Very glad I called them. Super patient over the phone. Came on time to examine my ancient AC. Tried everything to get it to work. They had a very cost effective solution for me and promised and delivered. Now I have a proper system that works. I highly recommend their services.

I called many companies before calling this particular company. Other companies stated it would take over two weeks before they could come look at my unit. Duncan Heating & Air Conditioning Co. is a great company! The HVAC expert came out to my home and assessed the air conditioning unit, he found the problem and fixed it right away.

We have used this company to service our home for several years. They are dependable and have responded quickly whenever we need them. We recently replaced our furnace and AC unit. Toma and the team were the technicians who helped us. They were extremely helpful and did excellent work. The entire process was accomplished far faster than my expectations. Toma was great from start to finish. He was on time, friendly and professional and to top it off he did an amazing job cleaning my HVAC unit even though it was almost 100 degrees outside. Would highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs.

A great and reliable company. Fair, honest, and competent. Tom and his assistant were very friendly yet efficient and knowledgeable. I will contact them in the future for my next duct and dryer vent cleaning.
