Staff was wonderful ! Dr Soccio was very informational and helpful
Amazing folks! All the staff are pleasant and personable. Dr. Jessica administered my test, which was very thorough, and showed me where and how my hearing could be improved. Shantelle, the hearing instrument specialist (quite the title!) was amazing. She explained everything in the simplest way possible, She made the experience of getting hearing aids very relaxing and pleasant. Highly recommend the folks at Duncan Hearing Healthcare

I brought my aunt to Duncan Hearing Healthcare to get new hearing aids. Everything went smoothly and she’s very happy with her hearing aids. Everyone we dealt with was wonderful, and Shantelle in particular was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!
