Great doctor, staff and place. Now taking 2 people there because of the friendly staff and atmosphere.
The staff that I have dealt with over the years are wonderful. They are knowledgeable and patient.
I brought my father to Duncan for his hearing problems, and I cannot say enough about the quality of care he has received. Everyone has been so kind every single time we’ve been into the office. Shantelle and Dr. Jessica are amazing! When we’ve gone for his follow-up appointments, Shantelle has been very patient and thorough in her explanation of how everything works, and my father feels much more confident since getting his hearing aids! THANK YOU!!!
My provider, Hearing Instrument Specialist, Shantelle is so clear and concise answering my questions and explaining the aspects of hearing loss. The whole staff is friendly and welcoming. I look forward to my appointments at Duncan Hearing!
