I never had so much fun at an appt! Shantellè was AMAZING! So much great information explained! I thought I had a problem w connectivity but it was explained to me. I WAS doing everything right! They clean and dry the buds each appt for added security. They take their time to make sure you are comfortable w the hearing aides and they even give you a freshly baked cookie before you leave! (Love that!)
