Amazing staff and facilities
Katie is the Best!! Helpful, kind and compassionate. Made my experience an easy process.
I have an adult disabled daughter who was prescribed hearing aides for the first time. We went to Duncan Hearing for the hearing aides and had the BEST experience. My daughter was very nervous about the whole thing and Katie was absolutely wonderful! She explained the process and showed her in great detail, everything she needed to know to be completely independent with her new device. It was a delight watching her work so thoroughly and patiently. Just a great job!

This has been such a remarkable and likely life changing for me. Katie explained the entire process very thoroughly and made me feel 100% comfortable. I now having hearing aids and I can hear!! I will be recommending Duncan to everyone I know.
