Went here for an audiology test as I’ve had trouble with my ears for several years now. I went to their Centerville location and had an excellent experience. First of all, easy to find in the Bell Tower Mall with plenty of parking. Lovely front desk customer service and the office is clean, comfortable and cheerful. I then had my appointment with Katie who was wonderful - she explained each step thoroughly and I did not feel at all rushed through the process. I highly recommend this location!
