Everytime I've been in ive been met with some seriously harsh staff at reception. Everyone else i have found to be very helpful. The reception is the barrier to entry. They get quite frustrated if you ask questions. If you don't know their schedule (even if you arent in often and you are just trying to understand) Overall 1 star exspiriance for such a necessary service that can already feel quite uncomfortable .
Apparently won't help you if your over 26 years of age and your Dr's office has been shut down. Was essentially told I was SOL and to go sit in the ER for a PAP. For a place that promotes women's health, your sure not doing alot for the women in the community over a specific age range. Don't recommend wasting your time here.
My wife had to get a tetanus shot and we were directed there from the ER , not knowing it was a facility for younger people ( we are well well over 18) all the staff were awesome , we were in & out in record time. Thanks again B&V
