RecommendedI went into Duncan Glass today to get a piece of glass cut out for a broken window. I walked in, described how big the glass needed to be, and the man at the counter knew what it was for right away! They had it cut and finished for me in about 15 minutes and another nice man carried it out to my car! I will definitely be back with any other glass needs!
A few months ago we ordered glass and the experience was great. They delivered for a fee and set the glass on our table. This time they put off our delivery twice and then when they arrived we were told they were just dropping off the glass and couldn’t set it on the table without an extra fee. This is an 8ft piece of glass! Not to mention they couldn’t set it on the table today at this time. The glass was dropped off in my living room. Unprofessional!
