I bought a car sticker price off the lot in 2021 summer. Have not been on a trip have about 21,000 miles on my jeep. Had a little bump and took it to the body shop. (Body Shop did do an excellent Job and Todd is GREAT) I noticed I needed it inspected as well so I asked to send it to the service department to kill to birds with one stone basically. get it all done. BEWARE !!! Will bait and switch. Talks a good game on the phone, when you get there, the managers will give you the run around and not honor original deal. I drove my son, his wife (who just had c-section a week before) and week old grandbaby to buy a car. We drove from 1 1/2 hours away. They lie about inspections n get u to sight an I owe you n then the they stoked inspection sheet out of dash because I called state police on them they told me a bunch of lies to make the sale . Simply put... I purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 from Duncan. Only when I had it inspected for the first time ( a year after purchase) I found out from the inspectors it had no catalytic converter and no ERG system. They had been removed by either the previous owner or Duncan. It is illegal to sell a vehicle in Va without these. When I notified them immediately they basically laughed at me, however (the sales manager) did tell me to bring in the truck and they would inspect it and pass it. This is also illegal.
