Dulce and the team were incredible.
Dr. Dunken is so amazing and everything when I first met him and everything I never thought in 1 million years he would just abruptly just drop me because he thought I had to be in some classes or something to be on drugs or meetings or whatever but I put myself in outpatient rehab and he just let me go so I’m trying to get a hold of him
Communication from the office staff is horrendous. That is, if you can even get someone on the phone. If something happens where insurance doesn't pay or process something correctly, they don't bother to inform you for MONTHS. Then, when they finally figure it out 6+ MONTHS later, it's next to impossible to get things sorted with the insurance, not that they're ruthless office staff gives half a S*** about that. Got told of a $200 balance on my account because of an issue with medicaid from 8/17. I've had at least six appointments since then, and this was the first I've heard of it. They demanded immediate payment before I could attend my appointment at 4:15 pm. I was told that I was being rude. I did have a stunned expression on my face, and I asked if I was really expected to come up with $200 instantly without getting a chance to even look into the issue.
