Called to ask about pricing ….when I declined service because I felt his pricing was ridiculously high, the customer service rep hung up on me….so glad I didn’t use these guys.!
The service provided by Duncan Electrical Service for my basement remodel was outstanding. Alex and his team take pride in their work and made sure every detail was perfect. They were always on time, polite and cleaned up after each job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician!
No call no show
Had this company to come out and give me an estimate for a property I have in Ruskin. They charged me $200 to tell me some LED light plates were bad. No problem with this as I know time is valuable. Now I've been trying to get in contact with them for 2 weeks to do the repair and no response. Talked to their office person last week and she said a tech would call me, but nothing.
