Not impressed at all. Had a time booked for them to come out, stayed home all morning, and they never showed up. I called to find out what time and was told they are not coming anymore. No call to tell this. Very unprofessional.

I hired Duncan Electrical Service to do a variety of minor electrical work in my basement, including installing a couple of outlets, a ceiling fan, and a bathroom fan, and they far exceeded my expectations. They were extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their work. Jolly's work and customer service have exceeded my expectations!

Everything about doing business with Duncan Electrical Service was pleasant and professional. From the receptionist who scheduled my quote to the electricians who installed my car charger, everyone was extremely kind and did their jobs well. I bought a new house a few months ago and had many different contractors. These guys are my favorite so far! Super professional. Came on time, made sure their work was quality and cleaned up after themselves.
