Customers seeking service from Duncan Dodge, please be aware. I had a routine oil/filter and tire rotate service on May 22, 2025. 7000km later, a death wobble occured in the front end of my 3500 Ram at highway speed and I managed to limp the vehicle to another Dodge dealer in the Okanagan. 3 wheel lug nuts lost on the driver front wheel. Absolutely terrible service from the sales team. I was looking into getting an SUV from them, after looking into some things it was determined i would need to get into a car first for credit reason. I had asked if they could give me some options for vehicles so they found two but without calling to see which one id prefer they got paperwork ready for one, i drove from courtenay to duncan all while being told i would be able to drive my car home that day.
