Great experience. I had apparently driven through some construction and picked up some nails on the highway. The tires on the passenger side both picked up nails and damaged both tires. Duncan worked me in and got my tires replaced. They were busy that day, but got me back on the road. Much appreciation to Duncan and the service department.

Made an appointment for an oil change and dropped it off early, with an electrical issue (horn). The Service manager took it in, wrote a ticket adjusting my appointment time, told me about a 10% off special on service work that included my oil change. The mechanic fixed my horn and all service work on the day of my appointment, sent a video showing the vehicle done and explained what he had to do. People are friendly I like going there but last two times I’ve went there they things not done last time I paid for $85 oil change and tire rotation they didn’t rotate this time I new tires and a inspection but didn’t do alignment as asked kind of giving me a uneasy feeling about continuing to go there but I hate cause people are nice taking company van today hope they do better
