My truck had a recall so I figured I would take most of a day to go to the dealership and wait for a technician to check for the defect. I was very pleasantly surprised when I was told a technician would come to my house at no charge. I was given an appointment time range and the tech kept in contact with me the day of to let me know when he would arrive. He was very polite and professional. Friendly efficient service. Since the service dept want us to pull inside 1st, that should be clearly communicated. Scheduling service time should only be done after verification of having the parts on hand or at least in route.
