Had some recall work and oil change. Service forgot to let me know they didn’t finish that day and I had no way home. Luckily sales brought me a car to get home from work
My Lincoln Navigator L needed immeddiate transmission repair. I supplied a part that was recommended. Emisission repair also needed. I supplied a part needed. All repairs were done y the following day except a part order. The part was halted for unknown reason ( 3 days later arrival time) which would delayed my return drive back to Arizona. When I decided not to wait two additional days for the part I pull my vehicle & drove home 2098.6 miles to be exact. They do a great job every time I get my vehicles serviced. They explain what they did and why they did it and even send videos so you can see what they see. Everyone I have ever encountered is very nice and polite. I will continue to use them to service my vehicles.
