Great service and friendly staff.
After I picked up my vehicle about 5:30 on a Friday evening I wasn't completely satisfied, and I left a negative review no sooner than I sent it, my phone rang and it was the service manager Brent, We talked for about 20 minutes and he apologized to me and Brent asked me to come back, and Brent took care of my concerns, I wish I had of spoken to Brent sooner, Brent is a good service manager and generally cares about his customers and the quality of work performed at Duncan.
