Duncan was prompt, polite and efficient. Everything went just as it should. We would definitely recommend them for service.

Our Ford car was in the shop for a long time, not anything the shop didn’t do, but due to manufacturing delays on Ford parts. However, I am choosing to highlight the professionalism and dedication of the shop, especially Andrew. He kept me updated on the status of the part, showed kindness and understanding of our situation managing my stress. He is a very strong customer service oriented person and in my experience there he is not the only one. Thank you for everything you guys did to get our car back to the roads!
