Best vet for cats ever. Customer service is exceptional. They actually take time to help you understand and nataigate diagnoses. I highly recommend
I've been here multiple times and never left impressed with the service. The administrative staff are consistently tactless, unfiltered, and unprofessional (aside from Mykl, he is always helpful). Although the intent is certainly to ensure the comfort of your cats, both of my cats were way more scared in all of their appointments in comparison to their behaviour at other vet clinics they've been to. I have no doubt that all the staff have the best of intentions but I've unfortunately never had a good experience here.
Honestly, couldn’t be happier with my experiences at the Duncan Cat Clinic — they feel like family. I’m new to the “pet cat” world, and my dear cat has had a multitude of health issues. The staff at the clinic are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and kind. You can tell they love what they do and know what they are doing! Kudos to them, and I highly recommend them!
