Honestly, couldn’t be happier with my experiences at the Duncan Cat Clinic — they feel like family. I’m new to the “pet cat” world, and my dear cat has had a multitude of health issues. The staff at the clinic are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and kind. You can tell they love what they do and know what they are doing! Kudos to them, and I highly recommend them!
The woman who dealt with us was quite rude, they took pictures of my cat without permission, they did not call us to come pick him up and tried to hold him hostage in order to give him unnecessary surgery because “we signed a contract saying we wouldn’t go to any other vet” horrible experience and my cat left with a bump on his head and lump on his tail which he did not have going in.
Money over care. Plain and simple. Expect ridiculous quotes, and half baked morning phone calls from a vet trying to upsell her latest machine. And if you want a refill on a prescription for pain meds for a cat waiting for surgery, they will hold off medication and insist your cat be seen again and pay up the nose. Never again.
First time visiting, definitely will return when needed. Very friendly and of course amazing with the kitties!
