He is the most honest and reliable mechanic I have dealt with. He charges for actual time spent and not just quoting from a manual and charging more hours than what were actually used. Duncan is a very straight forward honest guy who will tell you exactly what is needed and not a bunch of fluff work that most mechanics charge just to increase your bill. His shop isn't showy, but that shouldn't matter when you're getting an honest mechanic.
