Recommended5/5! Everyone at Duncan is amazing. Paul and Matt were excellent. They got me on the schedule for my dryer, and the next day my washer went out too. They came within an hour. Such wonderful customer service. They were mindful that children were in the home with Covid being a huge issue at the moment.
Duncan Appliance was incredibly efficient and helpful. Paul was very careful in our house (this is being written in weird virus times) and took care of our problem quickly and excellently. Thanks!
Many thanks! Not only courteous and efficient, but professionals at refrigerator repair. My refrigerator is so old that it was feared parts wouldn't be available! Not only did they locate the parts, but it's working nicely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
The freezer in our Sub-Zero fridge/freezer stopped working. Not only stopped it continued heating up to over 96 degrees!! Steve Duncan came out the same day and found a problem which caused to defroster unit to continue heating and not shut off. He fixed that heating problem and ordered the parts to fix it. Tony came the next day and installed parts and it's running as good as new. Great service!! And great guys!
Prompt, fairly priced, knowledgable and competent. This is my favorite service company in the City. I've owned a home for 20 years.
It took 4 service calls and more than 8 weeks to replace broken hinges on Subzero ice maker door. Did not show up within the 3 hour window scheduled- cancelled twice, Last visit came next day. All were scheduled 1-2 weeks in advance. Door now crooked.
Duncan's is now and will be my first choice for appliance repair. Tony called before he headed to our house as requested. . He was so knowledgable, professional and pleasant.. He could of ran a scam but was up front and honest about everything. Thank you Duncan and Tony.. A 5 star rating from our household.
I will always use this company when I have an appliance repair need. Not only are they courteous, but they are passionate about excellent service. I called this company after I had been 'taken' by another appliance repair company. I guarantee you will recommend this company to your friends as well!
