I hired Duncan for one thing; to speak to the jury and present the facts concerning my DUI, not the least of which is my lack of smell and taste (motorcycle accident). He never contacted my doctor or did any work other than delay the trial (now the blood sample is gone). He took the money and sold me out. Find someone willing to work, not rest on his laurels. He convicted me the day I met him.
