Rob at Dunbar Cycles is my spirit animal 🦉. His chitchat about road biking is at once inspirational and hyper knowledgeable. He has revived my bike from the dead messianically ⛪️. Having your bike repaired here is a religious experience and the best in the city. AAAA+++++
My English is pretty decent and yet I can not find words to express how good of mechanics the guys at Dunbar Cycles are. I had my TREK Domane 6 series serviced there a few times and the work they did was exceptional. I don't know how they do it, but both times the bike felt like a new bike. After having very bad experiences at West Point Cycles on Main street, this feels like heaven for a bike enthusiast. Brilliant job guys, keep it up.
This store is an amazing addition to the neighborhood!l. It's a spacious store with a wide variety of accessories to choose from, and they offer bike repair services. Fabiano did an outstanding job fixing a problem with my chain.
A little disappointed with the experience. Online “in stock” (was looking for a particular pannier) numbers were not accurate. Drove in from the Valley and found out they did not have in stock what their website claimed. Guess I should have called first. Also, bought a helmet on sale for my daughter, only to discover the helmet was manufactured in 2021. So I guess with current safety recommendations it’s only good for a couple more years rather than 4-5? Wish they would have told me the discounted helmets were very old stock... read more
