Nice people, but poor workshop systems and communication The mechanics and staff at Dunbar Cycles were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately my experience with the workshop was let down by poor communication and systems. I brought my fork in to get an assessment after it started feeling unusually squishy following a hard rock impact. Purchased a Fingerbike for my son. Amazing support and communication with Leon who helped out massively. Very pleased with out purchase. Thankyou everyone at Dunbar Cycles, especially Leon. Highly recommend these guys.
I ended up with too many bags and not enough supplies on my bikepacking trip. I stopped by Dunbar Cycles and they gave me a bunch of velcro straps to get on my way. Super nice and knowledgeable folks. I would highly recommend them to anyon is lse looking for last minute help on their trips!
