Absolutely incredible service, I drove out from chilliwack to pick up the bike I purchased, they got everything set up and ready to go! On top of that they threw in some extra gear for making the drive out to them. I cannot recommend this shop enough!!
Don’t bother here, go to RAD cycles across the street, they’re helpful and knowledgeable. Pretty bad experience here. I like to support a local shop so drove across town to get here. Tell front desk I’m looking for a rear axle for the frame. I know all the specs required. Have the frame with me as well. Front desk guy says you’ll have to ask service dept, service department tells me I need to go to the manufacturer to get the part, despite me knowing all the dimensions and that Rockshox and other brands make axles that fit. ... read more

Dunbar is a top-tier bike store, especially for mountain bikers. I firmly believe they have the best mechanics in Vancouver proper, they really know their stuff, and they always provide very transparent quotes before doing any major work (especially if it isn't expected). All the staff are super down to earth, and you can tell they really love the sport. Even though I would say they specialize in mountain biking, their service on gravel/road bikes is equally good, just FYI!
They charged me $25 for 20 minutes of work. That seems very excessive! Definitely won't be returning
