I emailed the company on a Sunday afternoon fully expecting not to hear back until Monday or Tuesday. To my surprise, Jason reached back out almost immediately and quoted me for what I was looking for a got me on the schedule for a quick booking. I was shocked! Customer service was amazing as was the carpet cleaning. We moved into a new home and had the home cleaned/vacuumed and Jason actually vacuumed up more off of the carpet left over after the house cleaned before shampooing the carpets.
