This unit made an illegal left turn from TW Alexander on to 147 while in the straight lane around 7:30 AM. The vehicle also was traveling at an unsafe rate of speed on black ice which almost resulted in the truck impacting the back of my vehicle hense the reason for the truck moving back into the straight lane and then making the ILLEGAL DANGEROUS left turn.
