Receptionist was very rude and not willing to really listen to my request which is a difficulty one as we are POA for our mother. Just keep telling me to get a referral which I understand but our situation isn’t that simple, some guidance would have been appreciated rather than the Friday afternoon brush off.
I found Dr Dunbabin was very compassionate and informative, as he fully explained the cause of my major health concern, which he diagnosed as vocal cord damage and shortness of breath caused by chronic vomiting over a period of 7 years, despite medication. He also dealt with my other health issues, which include a limp caused by nerve damage in my pelvis.
