Too bad there aren't more stars I can give this organization. Wayne's replaced an old oil furnace with a heat pump for us. They also did some extensive plumbing work for us. Their scheduled followup service has been superb. Most recently I asked about capping off an unused vent pipe left over from removing the oil furnace and exposed after I had roofers remove the old rooftop vent. I went to Wayne's, hoping for advice on capping the pipe. They fabricated a cap within three hours of my asking them about a solution. I have nev... read more
I had bought parts from the old owners many many years ago. The new owners will not sell part’s directly to customers. Had to drive to Culpeper to buy the $50 part.
Arrived promptly, very friendly and knowledgeable. Kept us in the loop with everything they were doing. Would not hesitate to call them in the future. Thank you.
