Kenny showed up the day we called within an hour. Our system was dying and we were able to get a new affordable system a few days later. The installers were extremely professional! Would highly recommend!
Thank you for the terrific service! It has been a real challenge finding honest and reliable contractors and service people. These guys were fantastic. They came out the next day to look at an AC issue I was having. They diagnosed quickly, accurately quoted each repair, communicated through the whole process, and they were affordable. I never felt like I was being lied to or that they were trying to rip me off. I would highly recommend calling these guys if you have any issues.
Kenny came out, quickly diagnosed what turned out to be a simple problem, and had the issue fixed within an hour. This is not the first HVAC company we have used, but Dunaways Heating and Cooling will be our only choice moving forward. There was no overcharging, no attempts to upsell, no attempts to confuse us.
My old oil heater broken right in the middle of February - I was given Dunaways as a recommendation and I'm SO GLAD I was. I believe he came out same or next day to check on my heater and was able to help me through the process of changing over to gas heat. He offered to lend me a cabinet heater to keep me warm while we waited on the city. He also came out an extra time on request to plug in the house fan so my AC would kick on.
