Tommy Dunaway is a great attorney and a faithful public servant. Regarding the comment below, I think with multiple divorces and legal problems in in 10 years the writer of this review may need to consider who is hard to get along with and who might be a bit of a jerk. And being anonymous? Wow.

Terrible attorney. Doesn't return phone calls. Doesn't maintain records, either for your case or for billing purposes. Doesn't know your case. Possible ethics concerns. Most attorneys are lazy, but Dunaway is even worse than average.

I have used 4 different attorneys in the Anderson area in the last 10 years; been involved in a couple of divorces. Tom Dunnaway has given me the WORST service of all of them. His office NEVER returns phone calls; he does not keep accurate records on work done, so the billing is not correct; and he will not do as instructed on open follow-up issues. My general experience is that the vast majority of attorneys are lazy, and Tommy Dunnaway is even worse than average.
