I truly enjoy the Ignite 60 classes with all the instructors. Each one is knowledgeable and supports you at every stage of your fitness journey, encouraging modifications to workouts based on individual goals. Dunamis Fitness Studio cultivates an inclusive environment that welcomes everyone.
Great gym in a good location. Staff are friendly and super helpful and I love how not intimidating it is to go there.

I am glad to say I was there when Damaris became a reality. The inspiration for Damaris, Jess, goes above and beyond to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. She even held outside classes during the pandemic. I attend the IGNITE 60 group fitness sessions. The group size is kept small with lots of personal attention from Dannica. We work hard and enjoy lots of laughs along the way. I love attending each session. I highly recommend Damaris!
A great space for group fitness classes! Fun, supportive group atmosphere with excellent instructors and small class sizes that can be tailored to personal fitness goals or other individual needs. The space is clean and well-organized in a convenient location as well.
