I was able to make an appointment for the same afternoon. Lenny called when he was on his way, showed up quickly, did a perfect quick repair of my windshield, and provided all the necessary information...I am so relieved not to have to worry about my windshield damage getting worse. Flawless service, and so convenient!!
I called and Pam answered the phone. Set up an appt for Lenny to come out the next morning to repair the crack in my windshield. She called and gave me 20 min notice when he was on his way. Very nice people. Lenny did a great job and the price was so reasonable. All they do is repairs and I love supporting small business who specialize in their craft. I highly recommend Dun-Rite!
Lenny from Dun-Rite is a real customer service guy! Nice to see a company that picks up the phone and speaks with you. No need to go online and request a quote or schedule a service call on a website. Just call Pam and she sets it up. My wife travels for work and has been through several windshield replacements on her Kia work vehicle. This time she had a chip coming back from New Mexico on her Jaguar XFR.
