The man came in and did the job as expected. Great work guys, great service.
I am reposting as my review was mistakenly removed. An hour after the uncertified technician left, my furnace stopped running. Several emails went unanswered. I spoke the Tyler on the phone and it soon became clear that he would not send a tech over to examine the job that was done. Instead he suggested it was my fault. According to the website, I thought a certified technician would do the job, but they sent an uncertified one. Did a great job, noticed a long-standing issue with my air intake that I was not aware of, and even swapped out my old filter with the new one I had placed beside the furnace.
