Bought 4 A/T tires. The tires were treated with what I'm assuming was oil, gas, or kerosene to hide that they were dry rotted. Called a few times since it was noticed (takes at least a month to show dry rotting when they are treated to hide it and they do not dry rot that badly within 90 days), but they have a 30 day warranty. After 30 days, you are on your own - basically, they get away with selling dry rotted and defective products. Go elsewhere. Worst service and quality! No care at all!!! Tire came right off our daughters car weeks after having it put on and while traveling on a busy highway with family in car. Owner showed zero concern about it and she now has over $500 in repair and still needs estimate for body work, door won't open due to tire coming off and rolling across highway. Bad business!!! Should be zero stars
I was in Wilmington for a client meeting and came out to find my tire practically flat. I limped to a service station where I added air to the tire and limped over to Dun Rite. The team was efficient, polite, and quickly identified the problem - my wheel rim was cracked! They quickly put on my spare and advised me how to safely drive on it. They had us back on the road to home an hour away in less then 30 minutes. Thank you for such great service.

Great customer service. I just bought four new tires, and when I left I noticed that they were slightly off balance. Called up the shop a few days later and they said to bring it in, they fixed it no problem.
