I came across Dunrite after seeing the excellent reviews online and decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did. I had a truly awful experience with this cleaning service. The staff were shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. At one point, one of them threw money at me instead of handing it over like a normal human being. I was stunned and honestly offended by how disrespectful they were. I expected basic courtesy at the very least, but this behavior was unacceptable. I will absolutely not be using their services again and would not recommend them to anyone.
Took the risk and extremely happy so far. We had a bad experience at another local cleaner when we got a nice shirt back with a stain on it. I looked for the highest rated, longest lasting dry cleaner in the city. Dunrite fit the bill. I have a quick call and the gentleman who picked up was super friendly and understanding of my concerns.
